We currently ship to all regions of mainland France, including:

Note: At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Overseas territories (DOM-TOM) such as Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Guyane, Mayotte, etc.
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • PO Boxes that do not accept parcel delivery

2. Processing Time

After your order is placed, our team prepares your items for shipment.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


3. Delivery Time & Methods

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Large items (e.g., sofas) may require scheduled delivery, and the carrier may contact you to arrange a suitable time.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and delivery address.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected items or order amounts.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You can track your package in real time until it arrives at your address.

  • Failed delivery attempts caused by the recipient not being available
  • Lost packages after they have been marked as delivered

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply.
